The list of “candidates” for RBL is created automatically based on spam arriving at spamtraps and host-exchange.pl servers, which is detected by anti-spam filters located on the blacklist.
You can come to the RBL Information Center for several reasons:
Nasze serwery automatycznie monitorują rozsyłane wiadomości w zakresie możliwości generowania SPAMu, stale dbamy o „czystość” naszych wszystkich adresów IP, aby Klienci nie mieli problemów w związku z blokowaniem ich poczty przez inne zewnętrzne serwery. Troubleshooting Email Rejection Due to a Blacklisted IP Address
Sometimes, emails you or your users send may be bounced because the recipient has blacklisted your IP address. Once an IP address is blacklisted, all emails sent from it are blocked (rejected). Some domains use a blacklist service to identify and block mail from senders suspected of sending spam. If enough users mark mail from a given IP address as spam, the service may blacklist that address.
Option 1: Request to be added to approved senders
Ask the recipient to add your domain name to their list of approved senders.
Option 2: Ask the recipient to whitelist IP addresses
If the recipient’s email service does not support an approved sender list, ask their IT administrator to whitelist our sending IP addresses (listed below).
